SPASMOSLOP @ Morbid Monday 05/01/26

Yet another Morbid Monday, this time supporting Tassie’s cyber noisecore freaks SMUG ANIME FACE who are doing a big chunk of touring throughout January, along with the noisy black metal of PUNISHING. Good start to the year!

AN ENORMOUS ELECTRIFIED TENTACLE PULSE-BURSTS THE HYPERDIMENSIONAL SUBAQUATIC COCCOON, PLASM-BIRTHING THE FLESHY RESIDUUM OF A MUTATED CYBORG HUMANOID. MULTIVERSAL CONSCIOUSNESSES EXTRACTED AND FUNNELED FROM THE VOIDS. A HOWLING INFINITY OF TORMENT TRANSPLANTED THROUGH DATABLASTING REVERSE EXORCISM. UNSYMPATHETICALLY ASSEMBLED, THE WRETCHED BEING IS EJECTED ONTO THE COLD, BARREN REMNANTS OF AN OBLITERATED WORLD TO WALLOW FOR ETERNITY.
Recorded 2023-2025 at Brain Hat Studio
Mastered by Jason Fuller at Goatsound
Vocals/Synths/Processing/Noise/Mixing by Spasmoslop
It’s taken a fuggin long time to get this thing done! Headphones recommended. Coccoon yourself and turn it up LOUD.

Launch show Sunday 30th Nov 2025 – I will be selling these handmade sculptures for the release. Edition of 13.
FGO & SPASMOSLOP launch show

Shitresist Records from Singapore presents…
FESTERING GENITAL ORIFICE ‘BALANOPOSTHITIC FANTASIES’ LAUNCH SHOW
Sunday November 30th at the Last Chance Front Bar. 3pm. FREE ENTRY.
Despondent ruminations on unhygienic neglection, inflicted onto a physical audio format you can fit in your pocket. Shitresist Records is proud (…?) to present the first analogue release from FESTERING GENITAL ORIFICE : ‘Balanoposthitic Fantasies’ – three tracks of rancid-pisshole-harsh-gore-noise on 2″ lathe cut record! Available at the show and limited to 30 copies.
Also launching on the day is the new album from SPASMOSLOP : ‘Birthed Into Spasmobliteration.’ Fans of hyperdimensional electro-oral noise engurglement and sloptronics rejoice! This has been a long time coming.
And, in an extremely rare public appearance, the first show in almost 8 years for FREEZING FOG . Aimless, joyless, mental-block-chord-organ noise wall.
Noise. Noise. Noise. Creatures from the Blue Lagoon.
5:30pm Festering Genital Orifice (lathe release)
4:30pm Spasmoslop (album release)
3:30pm Freezing Fog (day release)
Thanks FGO for organising! Flyer by Displeasing Designs

First time collab-ing with Harriet in about 10 years or something? Looking forward to cranking some noisy darkness just like the ol’ days.
Here’s some sounds from the ol’ days…
LAST EVER NOISE/DRONE @ Radio Bar 01/09/24

From 2017 to 2024 Radio bar had been at the center of some the best noise/drone shows to hit the city with a tonne of dope memories made. The bar became a home for some of the best and weirdest shit you could ever have the misfortune of walking past on a busy sunday in fitzroy.
Unfortunately all goods must come to an end as we host what will be the final noise/drone at radio bar. Come with us to celebrate and get fucked up by noise one last time.
Featuring:
Agnostic Hunk (ft. members of skxi)
External Organ (ft. members of Whitehorse)
Body Horror (special one off reform)
Birthday Girls Orchestra (ft. members of Ultracancer/Dead Resonance/Pubis Mons/Worthless Scum)
Festering Asthmatic Slop Donkey (ft. Festering Genital Orifice, Asmtha, Donkey Mothers of Arse, Spasmoslop)
Very sad to be saying goodbye to Radio Bar after many years of mad noisy gigs. Big cheers to owners and absolute legends Caryn & Paul for their support and enthusiasm for hosting gross underground sounds. Mega cheers to homies Anthony Cooley & Rod Cooper for organising stuff, keeping it real and working hard to cultivate a welcoming community and good vibes.
Despite the bummer I’m well psyched to collab with fellow noise-lovers Bean, Anthony, Shane for FESTERING ASTHMATIC SLOP DONKEY! No doubt it will be faaaaarkin brutal!
Stuff I forgot to post here
SPASMOSLOP – F.A. 1 Transmission
Audio response to visual score “Frequency Assembly 1” created by Tina Douglas for “hypha_e” visual score/performance project – http://www.tinadouglas.net/hypha_e
One 15-minute track in 6 parts, representing my interpretation of the 6 panels of the visual score. Abstract worlds, ambiguous realities, transmissions of unknown origin, and other mysterious sci-fi shit.

SPASMOSLOP track on 3CR fundraiser comp
Thanks to Nat Grant from Let Your Freak Flag Fly for asking me to contribute! Suss the release on bandcamp or donate at http://3cr.org.au if you’re able to.
On a personal note… it’s taken a really fckn long time and countless hours of self-teaching, experimenting and disappointing recording sessions going into the bin, but in the last couple of years I’m finally getting closer to making SPASMOSLOP recordings that line up with what I want the project to sound/feel like. More to come in the future! If anyone’s actually reading this and gives a shit – stay tuned.
